Our Director and Specialists
Todd Alpers, DPT, CHT, OCS, Owner
Todd Graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1994. Earned his (OCS) orthopedic specialist certification as well as his hand certification (CHT) in 2000. He earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2007. Opened Broken Arrow PT in 2000 after working locally for a group of orthopedic surgeons and serving as a site coordinator for a national corporation. Todd and his wife spend much of their time with their two sons and enjoying the outdoors.Stacy Biddle, PT, DPT
Stacy Biddle graduated from Marquette University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She continued at Marquette and graduated cum laude with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005. Stacy has extensive clinical experience specializing in all areas of orthopedics, including sports-specific rehab, pre, and post-operative conditions, rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, spine, hip, knee, ankle, and foot. She is certified in Kinesio taping, dry needling, and ASTYM therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.Katelyn Wilson, PT, DPT
Katelyn was born and raised in Ada, OK. She went to Oklahoma State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, graduating summa cum laude in 2013. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in May 2017. Katelyn continues to proudly wear her orange and black (Go Pokes!) and enjoys spending time with her husband and exploring Tulsa.Narumi Shah, PT, MSK
Narumi graduated from the SBB College of Physiotherapy in India, 2013 and then received her Master of Science in Kinesiology from Dallas Baptist University. She has a wide range of experience and really enjoys working most with complex orthopedic conditions or neurological deficits in outpatient physical therapy. She holds specialty certifications in pelvic floor therapy for women's health and dry needling. Narumi also enjoys the education side of physical therapy by being a clinical instructor for PT/PTA students. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their goldendoodle, spending time with friends and family, traveling, gardening and trying out new food and restaurants.Kyla Townsend, PTA, AAS
Ashley Chambers, PTA, AAS
Ashley graduated from Tulsa Community College in 2024 with an Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Originally from the Atlanta suburb of Loganville, GA., Ashley made her way to Tulsa to pursue a professional ballet career with the Tulsa Ballet. She found a passion for physical therapy through her dance experience and enjoys serving people in this positive environment. Ashley enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with friends and family.Laura Rollins, PTA, B.S.
Laura graduated with her Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2000. She has always worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting and has been at Broken Arrow Physical Therapy since 2004. She continued her education and received her Bachelor of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Pima Medical Institute in 2017. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Laura loves living in Oklahoma with her husband, raising their two boys, and spending time with family and friends.Trina Davison, PTA, B.S.
Trina attended the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Sciences and a minor in Psychology in 2008. She then attended Tulsa Community College and received an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012. She has provided patient care at Broken Arrow Physical Therapy since 2012 and currently resides in her hometown of Broken Arrow with her family and dogs.Andrea Clemmer, PTA, AAS
Andrea was born and raised in Oklahoma. She grew up in the Sapulpa area. She attended and graduated from Tulsa Community College in 2015 where she received an Associate of Applied Science through the Physical Therapy Assistant program. She has spent most of her career in general outpatient orthopedics. She also has experience in skilled nursing and pediatrics. On the first visit a thorough evaluation will be performed by your physical therapist. During the initial evaluation, the physical therapist will assess your injury, and at the conclusion of your evaluation, summarize the findings. The therapist will also outline a treatment plan to be implemented to help you attain maximum recovery.
Almost all insurances cover physical therapy services. At the time of the initial visit, our front office will call your insurance company to verify your benefits. During the first visit, we will outline your particular benefits so that you will understand your costs on a per visit basis. Please see our insurance list.
With Direct Access you can come directly to physical therapy without a referral from a physician. To confirm that your insurance provider participates in direct access to physical therapy, we will verify your benefits prior to your first visit. If needed we can refer you to a trusted provider within the community or you can go to your primary care provider to ask for a referral.
Physicians are familiar with the benefits of physical therapy, but it is not uncommon for patients to ask their physician if physical therapy would be beneficial for their particular condition.
YES! Many times patients do not realize that they do have a choice about where they attend physical therapy. Ask your doctor to refer you to Broken Arrow Physical Therapy. If your physician is unfamiliar with our facility, we welcome them to contact our office to learn more our services and talented professionals.
The average physical therapy session will last one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes.

You should wear something that is comfortable and allows the physical therapist to treat the injured area. We offer dressing rooms to allow you to change into more comfortable clothing at the time of the evaluation or treatment.
